Chef Sasha The Boss is an independent recording artist, songwriter, and poet Sonya M. Stamps. Her music moves through R&B, neo-soul, blues, jazz, and spoken word, with real life at the center of every story.
She writes about love, faith, family, healing, confidence, and the lessons that come with growth. From intimate love songs to reflections on strength and self-worth, her work invites listeners to hear something of their own lives in the music.
Her creative partnership with her husband, Larry “Tha Volkano” Stamps, brings those stories into sound through Volkanic Productions and The Fire Department Recording Studio. Larry’s production and mixing workflow includes Pro Tools and FL Studio (Fruity Loops), alongside AI assistance where used. His work also includes creating and mixing doubles. Her catalog combines human songwriting and recorded vocal contributions with his studio production and mixing.
