About this store

These terms apply to purchases from the Chef Sasha The Boss online store, hosted on Shopify. For questions, contact chefsashatheboss@gmail.com or use our store contact form.

Products and orders

Review the description, size guide, available options, price, and order details before checkout. Product availability can change. Prices and applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order.

You may place five orders in a day. Each order is subject to the production and shipping information applicable to it. Multiple orders do not create a same-day production or delivery guarantee.

Custom requests

A request for custom wording, artwork, a bulk order, or an unlisted size or color is an inquiry. The garment, available options, artwork, quantity, price, and timing must be confirmed by the store team before a custom order is placed. The automated assistant cannot approve a custom quote, discount, refund, cancellation, or delivery promise.

Only submit artwork or wording that you own or have permission to use. We may decline requests that we cannot fulfill or that infringe another person's rights.

Shipping, changes, returns, and refunds

Our published shipping and return/refund policies form part of these terms. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order. Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless the store expressly confirms a specific commitment.

Store content and responsible use

Store artwork, photography, written content, and branding are protected by their owners' rights. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer ownership of the artwork or permission to reproduce it. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, or interference with its operation.

Privacy and automated chat

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. Our Shopify-powered chat assistant uses published store information to help with routine questions. Ask to speak with a person or email us when a question requires personal review.

Updates and customer rights

We may update these terms for future transactions. An update does not remove rights you already have for a completed purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
